At Amaria, the table reflects a desire to offer an authentic and curated experience, closely connected to
place. The approach is guided by ingredients rather than set recipes, with a style of food that is
unpretentious, yet always cooked well and with care, shaped by our vegetable garden and network of
local producers. It also brings a contemporary perspective, drawing on both local traditions and a broader,
evolving approach to food.
Dining at Amaria moves between spaces and atmospheres, unfolding naturally with the rhythm of the
seasons.
The Cantina, our indoor dinning space
Designed to feel like being welcomed into someone’s home, the Cantina is centered around an open kitchen that encourages conversation. Filled with natural light from large windows, it offers a warm and inviting setting, a thoughtful, ingredient-led culinary experience rooted in local produce and a introduction to Portuguese culture.
The Pergola, our open-air sanctuary set among olive trees
Open during the warmer months, from May to September, the Pergola is designed for relaxed lunches and informal daytime dining, with dinners served upon request.
It also hosts a series of pop-up lunches throughout the season, inviting visiting chefs to share their approach around the table.
